Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, I assist medium and large companies belonging to various sectors including mechanical, chemical, medical and food.

I mainly deal with tax and corporate consultancy and, in particular, corporate and corporate reorganizations and extraordinary operations such as acquisitions and mergers; I have also gained particular expertise in tax litigation and in tax and corporate consultancy for start-ups and innovative SMEs.

I am a speaker at professional conferences, a journalist and author of technical texts for important publishing houses such as Il Sole24Ore and Franco Angeli.

I was an expert on the subject and tutor of the Economics and Business Organization course at the University of Milan Bicocca – Faculty of IT and I still carry out training activities in fiscal areas and not only at other prestigious training institutions.

I hold the position of Secretary of the board of the National Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (UNGDCEC) and previously held the position of Vice President of the board of the UNGDCEC and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (UGDCEC ) from Milan. Finally, I hold the role of Treasurer on the Management Board of the Italian Business Reporting Organization Foundation (OIBR).

I hold and have held positions as statutory auditor in industrial and service companies and as auditor also in Foundations and Associations.
