Operational and upcoming calls for proposals (Lombardy region and national territory)

Below is a list of operational and upcoming calls for proposals in the Lombardy Region and nationwide, with a brief description of each measure:

OPERATIONAL CALLS:

  • Lombardy, INVESTMENT – LINEA MICRO ENTERPRISES: 50% non-repayable contribution up to 50,000 euros for investments in machinery, equipment, facilities for the production of energy from renewable sources, storage system, heat pumps to replace those in use at the production site. Evaluative open call for proposals.
  • Lombardy, NEW ENTERPRISE 2025: 50% non-repayable grant up to 10,000 euros to partially cover expenses incurred and receipted for the start-up of new businesses established on or after June 1, 2024. Open call, subject to exhaustion of resources.
  • Lombardy, INTERNATIONAL FAIRS IN LOMBARDY: Non-repayable grant of up to €15,000 for new exhibitors/€8,000 for regular exhibitors planning to participate in international trade fair events, located in Lombardy, by August 31, 2026. Call for applications, subject to exhaustion of resources.
  • Lombardy, FORMING TO HIRE: Employment grant up to 8,000 + training voucher up to 3,000 euros, to support new hires of staff who are unemployed in the 30 days prior to the date of hiring. Application window extended until 02/28/2025. Call for applications open, subject to exhaustion of resources.
  • National, ISI INAIL 2024: Inail funds investment projects to improve health and safety in enterprises, with non-repayable contributions of up to 65 percent or 80 percent of eligible expenses. The call covers interventions on technopathic risks, accidents, asbestos remediation, with non-repayable contributions up to €130,000. Timelines for the call available by February 26, 2025.

FORTHCOMING NOTICES:

  • Lombardy, TOWARDS NEW MARKETS: the facility, in support of action plans for internationalization, is granted and disbursed up to 85 percent of eligible expenses, of which: 65 percent in the form of subsidized financing at a fixed rate of 1.5 percent + 20 percent as a grant. Minimum eligible investment €30,000; maximum investment €600,000. Ranked evaluation call.
  • National, SUPPORT FOR SELF-PRODUCTION OF ENERGY FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES IN SMEs: Non-repayable grant up to 40% for purchase of solar photovoltaic system or mini wind system + possible storage systems. Minimum investment €30,000; maximum investment €1 million. Ranked evaluation call.
